Understanding Your Data Deletion Request

When you request data deletion, we will remove your personal information, including your genetic data (if applicable), nutritional preferences, supplement recommendations, and any other data directly associated with your account, from our active databases. Please note that some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for statistical analysis or platform improvement, but this data will not be linked back to you personally.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, please follow these steps:

  1. Access Your Account Settings (Recommended): The easiest way to initiate a data deletion request is directly through your Nutrifix account settings.

    • Log in to your Nutrifix Health account.
    • Navigate to your “Account Settings” or “Privacy Settings” section.
    • Look for an option such as “Delete My Account,” “Request Data Deletion,” or similar.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your request. You may be asked to re-enter your password for security verification.
  2. Submit a Request via Email: If you are unable to access your account or prefer to make your request via email, please send an email to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].

    • Subject Line: Data Deletion Request – [Your Full Name]
    • In the email body, please include:
      • Your full name as registered on the platform.
      • The email address associated with your Nutrifix Health account.
      • A clear statement requesting the complete deletion of your data from our platform.

Confirmation and Processing Time

  • Upon receiving your data deletion request, we will send you an email confirmation to acknowledge its receipt.
  • We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a final confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.
  • Please be aware that once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Important Considerations

  • Deleting your data will result in the permanent closure of your Nutrifix account and the loss of access to all personalized recommendations and features.
  • If you have any active subscriptions or services, please ensure you cancel them separately before requesting data deletion to avoid further charges.
